Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Content List AI Private Limited (“Content List”, “we”, “us”), available at contentlist.in. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Content List lets you save links and content from around the web, organize them, and optionally share a public profile. Features may change over time.
2. Your account
You sign in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes and collections you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service (including generating previews, tags, and search). Items you mark public may be shown to others and indexed by search engines.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- No harassment, spam, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service.
- No scraping or automated access beyond what the service permits.
5. Third-party content
Saved links point to third-party sites we do not control. Previews and extracted text are provided for reference; the source remains the authority.
6. Copyright & takedowns (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@contentlist.in with the URL, a description of the work, and your contact details. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Content List AI Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: hello@contentlist.in.
