Report a problem
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and whether you were using an iPhone, an Android phone or a browser. A screenshot helps, with private details removed. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
To report a find that is wrong, out of date, unsuitable or a rights concern, include its title and source link and tell us what needs fixing. We check every report and correct or remove the find where needed.

Creator accounts are part of a pilot on our website at contentlist.in/creators. The apps and the reader do not use accounts. To delete your creator account, its profile, lists and saved lists, email hello@contentlist.in from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my creator account”. We confirm by email and aim to finish within 30 days. Backup copies are deleted within 90 days.
A few useful answers
Do I need an account?
No. You can read, save and hide finds without an account. Your interests and saved finds stay on your device or in your browser, so they do not move between devices.
What happens to a saved find after its review date?
It stays in Saved, marked as past its review date. Prices, dates or opening hours may have changed, so check the source before you rely on it. A find we withdraw disappears from Saved the next time the app refreshes.
Why won’t new finds load?
Check your connection and refresh from the reader menu. Finds you have already downloaded stay available offline until their review date. Opening a source needs a connection.
How do I clear my data?
Open You and choose Clear data on this device, then confirm. This removes your saved finds, preferences and downloaded finds, and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app does the same. In a browser, you can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
How are finds chosen and checked?
Each find is researched from its original source, written up in our own words and checked against that source before it is published. Every find shows when its source was last checked. Pictures in the app are illustrations of the category, not photos of the place or work.
Where do source links go?
To the original publisher, such as a recipe site, a tourism page or a book or film page. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
